PRPA is a non-profit, all-volunteer association dedicated to rail
preservation. Members receive a newsletter,
Whistle Up the Columbia,(4 to 6 issues
per year) and are among the first to learn about planned excursions of the SP&S 700.
PRPA members pay $30 per year (Jan-Dec calendar year) and receive
the newsletter and any special bulletins about the SP&S 700.
